All Around Town

Today's been a long day, and it's not even 5 o'clock. Outfits like this are geared around constant changes in scenery - jumping from breakfast out with friends, to shopping, cooking at home, at a evening coffee rendezvous - it's easy and perfect for all day wear.

It's time once again to start looking towards fall, and towards the return of classes. Studying hard doesn't mean a compromise of style, and Urban Outfitters' fall preview demonstrates just that. Packing - Part One

 Heading to the Penn State Arts Festival in the morning, so this is what's in my bag. 

It's a three day trip, but the weather is warm and possibly rainy.

-1 pair jeans

-1 pair flip-flops

-1 comfy (hood-less) sweatshirt

-2 cream chiffon shirts

-2 summer sweaters, neutral tone

-2 pairs docksiders

-2 pairs shorts (chambray & lime denim)

-3 basic sleeveless tops (1 nude cami, 1 naval striped sleeveless, 1 graphic tee)

This way, everything is practical and easily interchangeable for both warm and cool weather.  

Favorite Things - Denim

One of my favorite items in my closet is this vintage denim button down. It's a men's shirt from 1972, but denim and chambray shirts have been making a major comeback.
